Ana Mancini Salad!

Hi Guys,
As you guys know I am always traveling but I am home here in Sunny Isles now and I am so happy to be home. I want to share with you what I have been doing this past week.
I am so proud of myself, I started working out and I have been going to the gym everyday. I have been eating very healthy. As I posted earlier I am a vegetarian and it is new to me. I am feeling very energetic and good inside and out. When I am home I like to cook and prepare my own food. I have been trying new recipes within my vegetarian diet and I recently made my own little recipe that I want to share with you.
Ana Mancini Salad – Healthy, yummy, easy to prepare and perfect for summer.
Ingredients – All ingredients must be chopped into little cubes.
- Zuccini
- Green Pepper
- Yellow Pepper
- Red Pepper
- Green Apple
- Cucumber
- Cherry Tomato
- Green Onion
- Celery
- Curry Seasoning
- Pepper
- Oregano
- Lemon Juice
- Balsamic Vinegar
Chop everything in cubes. The number of ingredients depends on how much you want to make. Mix everything together and season to your liking. Easy to make, fresh, tasty, healthy. You can make it for a snack or as a meal. It will only take you about 15 minutes to make. Give it a try and comment here what you think of it.
