Earlier I told you that I was going on a kayak trip and would update
you.

Well, I did my trip last night and let me tell you. . .IT WAS A BLAST! My cousin, who lives here in Miami, and I jumped in a Kayak and traveled the Oleta River in North Miami over to a little island.  There was a group
of about 30 couples all in kayaks.

I thought the rowing would be difficult but we went at a nice easy pace and it wasn’t too much work at all.  I am not even sore this morning.  Once we arrived at the island we started a fire and toasted some marshmallows.  Some people brought beer and other drinks and goodies.  Of course, I
didn’t drink, but I shared in their goodies.

The moon was full and was giving off good vibes.  We spent a
little over an hour on the island, I got to know a lot of people. The whole trip was about three hours.  It was just so much fun and a brand new experience for me.

I had so much fun that I have decided to buy a Kayak.  The river has a channel right up to my condo complex so it will be easy to get access.  I just put a video of my experience on YouTube and have included the link below so check it out.

P.S. – I want to thank all the members that took the time to join me on my live webcam show last night.  I arrived home at 10:05 and the viewers were gracious enough to allow me time to jump in the shower and get the sand off of my body.  They were so dedicated that they stayed on until we got started about twenty minutes later.  Thanks for you patience and I will do it all over again next week, on time I hope.
